I’m Elizabeth Hingle, a wildlife biologist, writer, and coffee traveler. I started Remote Cappuccino after too many trips spent typing “best coffee near me” into Google and gambling on generic ratings. The cappuccino may be my favorite espresso-based drink, but my tool: the Interactive USA Coffee Map helps anyone more easily find the best coffee in their city.

I introduce you to the coffee growers I meet along the way. I show you the wildlife that live in the coffee-growing regions. I give you insight into the coffee cultures of the world. Ultimately, I want to provide the tools to experience it for yourself.
